We are in the process of starting to
draft ideas and plans for our future improvement plan
which will enable us to carry out maintenance as
required without wasting money improving an area that
has to be changed again at a later date. The plans &
ideas will include adding an additional meeting room to
the village hall at the front, so that this may
accommodate about 30 people max for a meeting, class or
similar. Allowing the new room and the existing hall to
be used together so that the building can be hired as
one using the extra room as a quiet or buffet area each
room can be used independently by two different groups.
We are also drafting up plans to
improve disabled access and toilet refurbishment, both
these items will merge into one as part of the future
planning of the hall but can be carried out in separate
stages when our funding allows.
As part of our planning ideas, all
current users and village residents will be sent a
questionnaire asking for there thoughts and support
which will help us draft a plan that the village wants
and can be proud of for future years to come. |
