The Management Committee

 

The Management Committee was formed around 1961 following the opening of the village hall in 1960 to act as trustee's to oversee the day to day running of the hall and to ensure that its charity goals are met for the benefit of the village. The trust deed is held by the Charity Commission.

Charitable Goals & Objectives:

A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
